i LOVE the freebie kits available in the gallery such as the keyplate album, bookmarks,daddy album and the acrylic album.. but i have NO idea how to use them!! i downloaded them and see they are in shades of grey and black.. im not sure what to do to make the wonderful projects i see others making!! I use paint shop pro 9.

Aren't those hybrid projects gorgeous? I use PSE 5, so I'm not sure how to make them using PSP. However, I know there are several Orchard members who use that program. One of them will be along pretty soon I'm sure to help you out!! Good luck!

It's not as easy to use templates in PSP... but basically what you do is copy the paper you want on each layer above it.... select the layer below it with the magic wand... inverse the selection, click on the paper above it and press delete. This'll leave you with a paper in the shape of whatever was below it. Make sense?
