Make sure you are registered and logged in at the Market when you are trying to use our secret code..!

I'm having the same problem with this code that I had with the SYTYCD week 3 code, I put it in the promotional code box and nothing happens, the discount is not deducted. I put in the code, go to checkout and the amount never changes.

Hi Ladies,

We are experiencing some difficulties with the site and we are hounding our host to get these resolved as quickly as possible!! We are so sorry! Hopefully things will be running faster very soon! In the meantime, you might notice the site taking a while to load, you might get an error about the sql code (this is all greek to me... so bear with me! ROFL!!). Additionally, we are not getting any emails, especially customer service emails, so if you have tried to email us recently and have not heard back fro us, please forgive us!! We know there have to be emails coming in, especially with all the problems, but we are not receiving them.

If you have checked out and not received your links, we will be manually activating them periodically, so just keep checking back under "my account" in the store!!

Again, we are so sorry for the delay.

Regarding the coupons not working, I know this is frustrating!! But you have to be logged in to the store for the coupon to work. And for whatever reason, sometimes it will say you are logged in but you aren't. So even if you are logged in, please try logging in again. And with the pages being reset or timing out, due to our server issues, it may be that you logged in and it didn't take... :(!! We are so sorry!!! We're working on it and hope to have it resolved very soon!!

Here is an example of a part of the code:

can you clarify? Are you having trouble with the coupon code you received here at SO? The code for Sunshine will not work at SO, we have a different code here.
If you have the code from here, double check that you are signed up and logged in to the market. Place the code, ORCHARDGRL exactly as you see it in all caps, under redeem a discount coupon and click submit. Go to check out and you should see the coupon has gone through. You will either receive an invoice with the download links. An email will also be generated with an url for the links (good for 96 hours I believe). If you do not see the invoice go to order history and you should see it in there, hth.
