Has anyone scrapbook their weightloss? Or know anyone who has? And if so, did it help with their progress?
I'm starting my plan tomorrow. And I'm thinking about doing a journal, then again I may just include it in my existing journal. But, I wondered if it was something people scrapped. If I'm successful, I wonder if I'll look at old pictures and hate them or if I'll be able see it as moving forward and a success.

Any thoughts?

I haven't done it. I wasn't scrapping when I lost 60 pounds!!! :D Anyway, I think it's a GREAT idea, though. I wish I had now that you bring it up.

What a great idea - I would think it would be really motivating to look back on as you progress towards your goals.

If I could go back, I would. Scrapping isn't just for the happy times and the times we look perfect, but for everything......it's been a great release for me to scrap some of the challenges that have occurred in life.

I think it sounds like a plan.
I think maybe it will also be helpful with how I look at myself. At least to see my progression and how I get to where I need to be. I don't know. But, thanks for the feedback ladies!!
