July 2008: BIG DREAMS

Ok, I'm staring a new monthly challenge. These challenges are meant to be "challenging"! I'll try to include different levels of difficulty, so you can do as much or as little as you'd like!!

The first challenge is called "Big Dreams"

We've all had big dreams in our lives, things we wanted to do, things we wanted to happen, a course we thought our lives would take. For this challenge, I'd like you to share your big dream with us! Answer as many of the following questions as you can:

What was your dream?

What lessons did you learn on your journey toward your dream?

Did you achieve your dream?

If you did, was it everything you thought it would be? If you had it do again, would you?

If you didn't, is it something you still feel is attainable or do you feel it's something that you've had to give up on? Looking at where you are in your life, you can see the things you wouldn't have if you had achieved your dream. Would you give those things up?

Okay so mine isn't fancy but it's from the heart... I really wanted to make it pretty but the words were more important to me than the extra "stuff"... not sure how I got this done so quickly but it was definitely easy to figure out what I was going to do.

I made mine...sharing my deepest, secret dream...but I agree with wimpy, I knew what and how I want to scrap for this challenge at the moment I read it, the real challenge was to open up, as the journaling is the key here for me too.

I know it's hard...it's a hard challenge but an important one. Reading the stories put tears in my eyes and chills, but it's real life, it made us who we are. I love meaningful challenges, they make me overcome and improve me in so many ways!!!
