How do they make previews with only one part zoomed in 100%? i have tried different things, but not even close to that effect.

Can you give us a link to an example?

oh its everywhere!
you make a preview of your product, say a stitches element pack. And you want to show how the stitches look like at 100%. so you make a circle around a particular part and, which shows what the stitch looks like at 100%.
hope i am making sense.
will look for an example too.

What you would do with that is add another layer on top showing the image at 100%.
So the layers would look like this in a psd file
circle zoomed in to 100%
logo
normal product preview
packaging
Does that make sense? It's not just one section zoomed it within the same image, it's a second layer that is just one portion at 100%, then saved as a jpg or png and displayed that way.
