Download the template, unzip and save.
Open up a 12 x 12 project
Go to the Home Ribbon.
Choose the Pages Tab and Import the .page from wherever you saved it.
From that point, you should be able to follow the tutorial in the video above to put your photos, papers and elements into the template.
