[Digital Scrapbook Kits, Element Packs, Paper Packs, Alpha Packs, and Scrapbooking Templates]

{PERSONAL USE}:

- In buying this Kit, elements, papers etc, you are agreeing to use all products for PERSONAL USE
- You may alter these graphics (re-size, re-colour, blending) and use them in your personal scrapbooking and card making/crafts and for the use of signature tags.
- You may submit layouts or cards etc. that you have made with these graphics to any scrapbook or cardmaking magazine for publication as long as proper credit is given to me. This includes any images you may have altered and any pre-made designs and templates that have been used.
- The paying customer may use my products to design your personal blog only. This license and permission is granted to YOU only and you may not hire somebody to purchase my products to create a blog design on your behalf.

{LIMITED S4O/S4H TERMS OF USE}:
- You may create custom greeting cards, candy wrappers, layouts, invitations, Scrapbooks etc and other printed materials for your paying customers provided they are finished pieces or flattened artwork that has been derived from the original graphics.
- You may not sell a download or cd of any kind of the graphic in its original form and you are not authorised to pass on a copy of the Digital Scrapkit to your client.
- You must create a unique and different project for each client, under no circumstances can you create pages for use over and over again, nor can you create pre-made designs and sell them to several customers. You may not use any pre-made items for your S4H use such as ready made frames, quick pages, stacked paper designs.
- This licence does not cover mass production, this is for a small business only where invitations etc. do not exceed 200. Hard copies of things such as complete albums are limited to a print of ten copies maximum.
- You may not create Quick Pages with my products.

- These terms do not apply to files within Collaborations with other designers that I did not create unless you receive individual permission from the other designer/s, all Captivated Visions files are labelled with the prefix cvisions_.  

{LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE FOR DIGITAL DESIGNERS USING SCRAPBOOKING TEMPLATES}
[SCRAPBOOKING TEMPLATES (ALL STACKED UP BACKGROUNDS, ALL STACKED UP CLUSTERS, OTHER SCRAPBOOKING TEMPLATES CLEARLY MARKED AS 'CU')]

This Limited Commercial Use License for layered scrapbooking templates applies to digital scrapbook designers only, if you are another type of designer or business please contact me for permission for your intended use.

- The limited Commercial Use License for Scrapbooking Templates that are clearly marked with a CU License is intended for the creation of products such as quick pages, stacked paper backgrounds, cluster frames, border clusters etc by digital scrapbooking designers with your OWN kits.
- You may use these templates to create Quick Pages, Stacked Paper Background Paper Designs, cluster frames, border clusters etc with your Own Kits. These derivative products created with the aid of the templates can be included in your digital kits for free or for sale, sold as a standalone product, given away as freebies or offered as a free with purchase product.

- You may not use any layers of the template for any other type of design work other than products suggested above and you may not include any parts of my template layers in templates of your own. Your final derivative product/s created with the aid of the templates must be sold in PNG or flattened JPG format. You may not offer any type of layered product.
- No template elements, shape layers etc are to be taken from these templates and used in the creation of individual elements for your kits. This is strictly prohibited. You are only permitted to create a 'clustered' type product, quick page or flattened paper from these templates.
- All derivative product/s created with the aid of the templates are to be sold for Personal Use or S4H/S4O, you are not permitted to create other products for Commercial Use from these templates.

- You may use products clearly labelled 'CU' to design digital elements and papers for free or for sale, they must be saved in PNG or JPG format.
- You may use products to create digital elements and papers that are being sold for Personal or S4H/S4O use.
- Any freebies created must be incorportated into a design and be saved in PNG format or JPG format. Under no circumstances can files that are unaltered be given away 'as is' in freebies. They must be incorporated into another design/cluster and saved in PNG or JPG format so that the original graphics cannot be acquired.
- The original files must not be included in a download, ensure any layered elements created using templates etc. are flattened or saved as PNG's prior to sale.
No credit is required but appreciated :)

*EXCLUSIONS RELATING TO ALL PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER TYPES*

- You May NOT Share, loan or redistribute any and all parts of this Kit. You may not upload these files to be stored online such as but not limited to 4shared, rapidshaire, mediafire etc.
- You May NOT offer any of my graphics on any web page for download or send them through an internet list or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise. You may not add these graphics to any CD for sale.
- You May NOT use Designer Resources or other Personal Use Products to create physical items for sale, to create Paper Scrapbooking products or to create other physical products for sale on sites such as Zazzle etc.
- You may NOT claim these graphics as your own and you may not alter these graphics and call them your own. You may not use these graphics to make brushes, tubes or patterns and redistribute them in any way.
- You may NOT hire somebody to purchase my products to create a blog design on your behalf
- You may NOT use my products for web design or to create custom or pre-made blogwear etc. for free or for sale.
- You may NOT use my products to design a website or store or blog etc where a business is conducted from, or for a paying customer, or where you are promoting a business or have products or services for sale. No commercial website or blog design is allowed whatsoever.
- You may NOT use my products to create Logos/Branding or to promote a business in anyway.
- You may NOT create QuickPages for free or for sale with my Scrapkits (the only exception to this is the use of Scrapbooking templates that are licensed CU to create such items with your own Scrapkits if you are a digital designer)
- You may NOT create and share freebies made with my Scrapkits.
- You MAY NOT use these products for any harmful, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, immoral, or racial material

Any sharing of kits or products without paying is stealing. This means kits for sale as well as freebies that are given out. Please know that it takes many hours to design a digital kit. If you are caught sharing you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Stealing Copyrighted material is a crime.
