Happy Scrap Girl Terms Of Use for Personal Use Products:

Personal Use, Scrap for Others (S40) and Scrap for Hire (S4H) ONLY!

My products (both freebies & paid kits) are for personal use only and are not to be re-distributed in any way, used for commercial purposes (i.e., cannot be used for your own financial gain- with the exception of S4O & S4H – see below), or claimed as your own. Please give proper credit to Happy Scrap Girl Designs (ex. “X” Kit by Happy Scrap Girl Designs”).

You may:

1.) use Happy Scrap Girl Products in your personal scrapbooking layouts (printed and/or digital).

2.) create back-up copies for personal use only.

3.) alter Happy Scrap Girl products by changing the size, color, adding to or deleting sections. Please credit the original design to Happy Scrap Girl Designs.

4.) use Happy Scrap Girl Products in your layouts that are submitted to on-line galleries or personal blogs, as well as to scrapbooking and/or related magazines and web sites for publication as long as credit is given to Happy Scrap Girl Designs.

5.) Use Happy Scrap Girl Products in your small S4O or S4H business – provided the following terms are met.

• You may create page layouts, cards or similar products for paying customers provided that the product is delivered to the client in a flattened jpg format or is printed out.

• Quick Pages, other PNG and layered formats are NOT allowed!

You may NOT:

1.) use Happy Scrap Girl products for resale.

2.) share, loan, copy, rent, sell or distribute Happy Scrap Girl products (in whole or part) to anyone at anytime (this includes relatives, friends or other household members).

3.) give all or any part of this kit away in any format as a freebie – even if altered.

4.) claim Happy Scrap Girl products as your own. You may not alter these products and call them your own. You may not take any part of these products and add it to your product and claim the resulting product as your own.

5.) use this product in any large scale business (including paper scrapbooking lines)– if this is something you are interested in please contact me for additional licensing information at happyscrapgirl@live.com

6.) use Happy Scrap Girl products in a fashion that is obscene, pornographic, or illegal in nature.

7.) use my Quick Pages, Brag Books or any other premade pages or Blogwear in your S4H/S4O services.
