It is your responsibility to check for updates and changes to the terms of use. All graphic images are copyrighted by Tracie Stroud Designs with all rights reserved. By downloading or purchasing this product you have obtained a personal use license and a limited S4H/S4O license as outlined below, and you are required to abide by the terms of use outlined in this agreement. Personal use: YOU MAY: - use the graphics for your personal use only but please give credit to Tracie Stroud Designs. A link back is not required but appreciated. - alter the graphics with respect to size, coloration and blending. Credit is still required for any altered graphics. - use the graphics in submissions to any scrapbooking magazine or related publication, provided proper credit is given to Tracie Stroud Designs. - request permission from me personally to use my designs for tags and/or siggies for online communities. - use my products to decorate your PERSONAL blog, provided that you clearly credit Tracie Stroud Designs and provide a link back to my store at Scrap Orchard. NO commercial/business blogwear or web design usage is allowed. YOU MAY NOT: - claim these graphics (or any altered graphics) as your own. - redistribute the graphics in any way, shape, or form. This includes but is not limited to; trades, shares, emails, forums/groups, file sharing sites or programs, websites or direct file transfers. - use these graphics for any commercial design use. - create brushes or tubes from my products. - use my designs for any harmful, pornographic, obscene, defanatory, immoral, or racial material. LIMITED S4H/S4O use: YOU MAY create layouts or other craft items for INDIVIDUAL clients, to be delivered to the client in printed or flattened .jpg form ONLY IF said items are not sold in bulk. No more than 150 of each individual design created with my products may be sold. Please contact me for special permission if a client wishes to purchase more than 150 of any individual design. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Tracie Stroud Designs must be given credit, either in the invoice you provide to your client(s) or on the card itself. YOU MAY NOT sell pre-made cards, scrapbook pages, or crafts with my products. Each item must be unique and created for the individual client, on a case-by-case basis. YOU MAY NOT create quick pages to be sold or given away with my products. S4H/S4O terms ONLY apply to kits and other products that are solely mine.
