All Materials designed by MLE Card including but not limited to images and text, are protected by copyright under U.S. copyright law, international
conventions, and other copyright laws. You cannot use the Content except as specified herein.

You agree to follow all instructions within these terms and are limited the way you may use the Content.

YOU MAY:

Alter these images to fit your scrapbooking needs, including resizing, recoloring and cropping as long as credit is given to the designer.

If you use these graphics in a layout submitted to an online gallery, magazine or other publication you must give credit to MLE Card.

YOU MAY NOT:

Offer these items in any other graphics collection, on a website, or individually, either for sale or free, create a competing product from them to
sell or redistribute, and are not allowed to trade or share this kit.

You may not add to or distort, alter or re-colour any graphic and claim them as your own.

You may not make any graphics into tubes or brushes and redistribute them in any way.

Do not use these images for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or for any other purpose that is prohibited by law.

LIMITED PROFESSIONAL USE TERMS FOR SCRAPPERS 4 HIRE:
You MAY use these designs to create custom pages, cards, announcements, and scrapbooks for individual clients for compensation, provided that the client only receives printed copies OR FLATTENED .jpg pages.
Each page/project MUST be custom made for each client. You may not create pages that you use over and over for different clients.
Also, you may not advertise any pages for sale.
You may post your pages to an online gallery to show a sampling of your work, but it must be clear that clients can't pick and choose pages you have previously created. Once again, pages MUST be custom and UNIQUE to each client.

You may not use my designs for high volume sales. You are limited to selling no more than 10 hard copies of the scrapbook/scrap pages to the client. However, if you create a custom baby announcement or other announcement or invite, you may print up to and no more than 150 copies so the client may send the card/invite to family and friends.

Photographers may also use my designs to create announcements and cards for clients (also limited to the 150 copies above).
You MAY NOT use QUICK PAGES/QPs/PREMADE PAGES and COLLAB KITS (kits created by me and another designer in collaboration) FOR S4H. Some collab kits done with other S4H friendly designer may be ok to use for S4H as long as the kit's product description says so and the other designer TOU states that is ok, or if the other designer gives you permission.

You ABSOLUTELY MAY NOT use my designs in any way to create QPs/QUICK PAGES/PREMADE pages or TEMPLATES either for free or for sale.
This is considered direct competition for any QPs or templates I create with my own designs and will NOT be tolerated.

You may NOT use my designs to create ads and to promote your online S4H business. You may only use the designs to create pages/projects.
You may NOT use my designs to design your webpage for your S4H business.


TEMPLATE USE:
YOU MAY NOT Use templates or premade pages for publication or call them your own works.

Please credit them as a template or premade page and provide the proper credit to MLE Card.

Unauthorized Use:

It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the MLE Card. Accessing the images and text provided on within
this kit does not give you any rights to use them without the permission of the Copyright owner, MLE Card.

Crediting the Designer:

Please be sure to credit MLE Card, and the kit name. If you can,the site, www.scraporchard.com(ie: MLE Card of www.scraporchard.com)

Images are saved as jpeg or png (for transparency) files at 300 dpi.

3. Use these overlays in your scrapbook layouts that you submit to galleries/forums/blogs/websites, provided that you give proper credits to mle Card.

5. Incorporate my designs on your personal craft projects, such as card-making, wallpaper art, etc.


You may NOT:

1. Use these products for commercial graphic design, photography and/or blog/website designs business with monetary gain.

2. Use these commercial use products to create paper scrapbooking products. This is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. As paper scrapbooking is considered as a large-scale industry, a separate license must be obtained for this purpose. Please contact mle Card to obtain such license.

3. Redistribute my products as is (both free and commercial) in any way, medium, shape or form. This means you may not share my products through mailing lists or groups, burn them on CD/DVD for commercial purposes/give to friends or family, or uploading the files to servers or hotlinking sites for sharing purposes and/or claiming them as your own. This is considered as piracy.

4. Use these commercial use products to create commercial use items.

5. Use these products for obscene, defamatory, immoral work or any other purposes that are prohibited by the law.

6. Claim my products as your own.

7. Turn the designs into tubes, brushes, shapes, etc and share them in any way.

8. Use the commercial use products in a freebie.

9. Use the commercial use products to sell as an element pack.  They must be sold in combination with other products.

10. Sell the product as is.  It must be altered in some form.
