Any error messages received and where in the cart the error was displayed (i.e. downloads, checkout, etc).
Please know, no matter what your question or concern might be, that we will make it right by you! If the a delay in our response has caused you to miss a sale or a coupon to expire, we will honor the missed opportunity and provide you with a new coupon to replace the expired sale or coupon.
