If you have not received a response from us within the above time frame, it is most likely due to the fact your email spam/junk software has caused our response to be deleted or moved into your email trash bin. Please check your spam/junk mail folders for our response or make a note of your ticket number and log back into our customer service program to check the status of your ticket. If a ticket is submitted via email, it will not be accessible via your Market account--it will have to be retrieve using your email account.

To help us better serve you, please provide the following information in your customer service ticket:
Order Number (if applicable)
Web browser(s) and version
Operating system and version
Any error messages received, where in the cart the error was displayed (i.e. downloads, checkout, etc) and, if possible, a screenshot of the error.


Please know, no matter what your question or concern might be, that we will make it right by you! If the a delay in our response has caused you to miss a sale or a coupon to expire, we will honor the missed opportunity and provide you with a new coupon to replace the expired sale or coupon.

All tickets will be responded to within 24-48 hours.
